The HCG Diet steak day is a technique used to help get your body back on track after you complete Phase 2 of the HCG Diet protocol.

So in a nutshell, if you find that you gain more than 2 pounds during the Maintenance Phase, aka Phase 3, you could use a Steak Day to correct your weight. The goal for Phase 3 is to stay within 2 pounds of your end weight at the end of your HCG cycle.

Here's how you do an HCG Diet steak day:

  1. Preparation: Plan your Steak Day in advance so that you have everything you need. Make sure you have a good-quality steak, preferably a lean cut of beef.
  2. Morning routine: On the morning of your steak day, weigh yourself to establish a starting point. Make sure to note down your weight for comparison.
  3. Fasting until dinner: For the duration of the day, you'll be fasting except for water, tea, or coffee without any sugar or cream. It's important to keep yourself hydrated throughout the day.
  4. Dinner time: For dinner, prepare a lean steak, preferably around 8-12 ounces. You can season it with salt, pepper, or other approved HCG Diet-friendly spices. Avoid using any oil or butter.
  5. Cooking method: You can broil, grill, or pan-sear the steak according to your preference. Just ensure that no additional fats or oils are used in the process.
  6. Enjoy your steak: Sit down, relax, and savor your steak. It's essential to eat it slowly, thoroughly chewing each bite. This will help you feel more satisfied with your meal.
  7. Weighing the next morning: The following morning, weigh yourself again to see the results of your steak day. It's common to see a drop in weight after a steak day, which is what we all love to see.

After all is said and done, your HCG Diet steak day should get you right back on track, but it's your job to make sure you do everything you can to stay there.
