HCG Recipe P2: Chinese Sweet and Sour Chicken

So Delicious It's Hard To Believe That It's An HCG Recipe!

HCG Chinese Sweet and Sour ChickenThis HCG Style Sweet and Sour Chicken is comparable to the Sweet and Sour Chicken that you find at your local Chinese Restaurant.

Trust me, this is one Phase 2 Recipe that you will want to add to your HCG Book of Recipes.

Sweet and Sour Chicken

Here's What You'll Need

Ingredients:

  • 100 Chicken Cooked (Cut Into Large Cubes)
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1/2 Lemon with Rind
  • 1/2 Orange with Rind
  • 3 Tablespoons Bragg’s Liquid Aminos
  • 1 Tablespoon Minced Onion
  • 1 Clove Garlic Crushed and Minced
  • 1 Small Pinch Cayenne
  • 1 Pinch Sea Salt
  • 1 Pinch Black Pepper


Directions:

  1. Bring 1 cup of water to a boil.
  2. Now boil 1/2 lemon and 1/2 orange with rind until pulp comes out of the center.
  3. If needed, scrape out any remaining pulp and throw away the rind.
  4. Add onion, garlic, Bragg’s, and spices and reduce liquid by approximately half.
  5. Add the Cooked Chicken to the sauce and saute for an additional 3 to 5 minutes.
  6. Serve and enjoy!


(Uses 1 serving of protein and 1 serving of fruit)
