Well this little HCG P2 Recipe will allow you to create enough for you and your spouse. This way you not only save yourself from having to prepare 2 separate meals, but it is healthier for them as well.

P2 HCG Recipe: Steak Fajitas For Two
Ingredients:
- 200 Grams Beef Cut Into Strips
- 1 Whole Onion Sliced Into Half Rings
- 1 Whole Bell Pepper Sliced Into Strips
- 1 Clove Garlic Finely Chopped
- Taco Seasoning - (Use as much as you'd like ... I like a lot) Try my HCG Taco Seasoning
- 1/2 Cup Chicken Broth
- 4 Leafs of Iceberg Lettuce (Rinsed and Dried)
- A Pinch of Sea Salt
- A Pinch of Black Pepper
Directions:
- Over medium heat, add Chicken Broth, Onion and Bell Pepper to a non-stick skillet.
- When you notice the Onion and Bell Pepper start to wilt, throw in a pinch of Sea Salt and Black Pepper.
- Cook for 7 to 10 minutes.
- Add Beef Strips.
- Right after you add the Beef Strips into the mix, toss in the Garlic.
- Cook about 5 to 7 minutes more.
- Add Taco Seasoning.
- Cook until the liquid is almost all the way gone.
Serving Instructions:
Place cooked beef strips on top of your Iceberg Lettuce Leaf and eat it like a Beef Fajita should be eaten.
