Find Out What Dr. Oz Thinks Of The HCG Weight Loss Diet Plan Now!
Back in February 2011 Dr. Oz evaluated the HCG Diet Program on one of his shows, Weight Loss Miracle Or Hype? The HCG Diet -- In fact, the HCG 411 Blog even wrote a little bit about the episode in a post titled Dr. Oz On The Topic Of HCG.
During the first show, although Dr. Oz thought that the diet had possibly helped to produce some amazing results, he thought that 500 Calories per day was simply not enough.
Well that first episode inevitably stirred up a lot of controversy. And ultimately Dr. Oz became more intrigued by so many people using the HCG Diet for weight loss.
So earlier this year Dr. Oz did in fact devote another segment to the HCG Diet Program where he talks about having an expert evaluate the diet using HCG Hormone Injections.
The thing that I liked about this episode, as well as the previous one, is that Dr. Oz doesn't just invite people on to spotlight his views -- He actually has a few different knowledgeable sources on the panel to argue their points as well.
Of coarse I think for most people who saw this particular episode it was evident that the Doctor who had been putting together research on the HCG Diet, Dr. Emma, had the best argument by far.
And something that she said I thought really sums up how the diet works the way it does. She says, "It's the diet that drives weight loss - And it's HCG Injections that effect how you lose the weight" So in other words, the 500 Calorie Diet Plan causes you to lose weight. While the HCG Hormone simply tells your body which fat to burn and where in your body to get it from.
Her patients have apparently had great success using the HCG Diet under her supervision. She says that the diet is most effective when using HCG Shots at a little bit higher of a dose than Dr. Simeons recommends.
Dr. Emma also individualizes the HCG Diet for each one of her patients -- So basically because everyone will lose weight differently, a large 350 pound man should potentially be eating more calories than a smaller 200 pound woman.
Now even though the show mainly talks about the HCG Shots being the best way to use HCG, I truly believe that other methods, such as sublingual HCG Drops and Pellets, can still be used effectively for losing weight with the HCG Diet Plan; just as long as you are using ones that contain Real Pharmaceutical HCG.
At the end of the show Dr. Oz shares his own thoughts and conclusions about the HCG Diet Plan. This is basically what he said.
What Dr. Oz Thinks About The HCG Diet Now:
Now if you can't afford to go into a Doctor or HCG Clinic to do the Diet, as most insurances will not cover programs for weight loss, you should consider doing the next best thing, which is using an online medical company that will give you the same type of attention and support that you need to succeed.
Like Dr. Oz says, most of the side effects that come along with losing weight with the HCG Diet, are not as harmful as the risks of being obese -- But each individual person has to weigh those options out for themselves.
If you haven't had a chance to watch the HCG Diet Episodes on Dr. Oz yet, you really should take some time to check them out.
Personally I like that the HCG Diet is starting to be looked at in a more positive light by someone like Dr. Oz - Because with all of the negativity and controversy that the diet has received, we really need all the supporters we can get. Plus, could you just imagine the Dr. Oz HCG Diet Plan, now that would be something.
Would you do an HCG Diet Program put together by Dr. Oz?
