In a few months my blog will be turning 3 years old, and in blog years that's saying a lot. I like to think of a blog's aging process similar to how a dog ages - Every human calendar year is considered to be 7 dog years. I think a blog is basically the same.
The reason I say that is most blogs don't live to be very old. I have found that a lot of blog owners will have their blog put to sleep after 1 or 2 years if they don't feel like it's a big success - And unfortunately with millions and millions of blogs in the blogosphere the majority of them are not successful.
But I am very proud when I tell you that HCG 411 has been a pretty big success thus far; and over the past few years I have done a lot of writing. For the first two years I was posting one article almost every single day.
This has been really helpful for people who are searching for information regarding the HCG diet ... so I have been told. However, with over 800 articles posted and more being written all of the time, a large number of the older posts have long been forgotten and buried by more recent up to date posts.
So today I wanted to try something new to bring a little bit of attention to those older, yet still helpful articles ... We're going to call it HCG 411 Throwback Thursday. From now on every Thursday we will be highlighting a past HCG Blog Post that has been left behind.
For the first ever Throwback Thursday Series I wanted to highlight a post that answers the question "When is the Best Time to Start the HCG Diet". I think that this is something that most everybody ponders before beginning the HCG Diet Program.

Depending on who you ask, you are likely to get more than one answer -- And unfortunately, that seems to be a common theme with most diets. That's because everyone has their own opinion about what works and what doesn't, and they all think that their answer is the right one.
But the truth is that all of the answers you get about when to start the diet are in one way or another right.
Because the fact of the matter is there's really no right or wrong time to begin.
For instance, if you only have 19 or 20 pounds to drop before hitting your target weight and your main goal is to look good for swimsuit season, then you may want to consider starting the diet during the month of March or April.
This should give you plenty of time to lose the weight and begin a workout regimen to get your body nice and toned -- And although doing a workout program is completely optional, a lot of people find that after reaching their target weight it's simply the next step to getting the body that they've always wanted.
