These Things Should Help Keep You From Eating When You Are Bored During HCG Phase 3 Maintenance!
Have you ever had a day that you were so busy that you simply forgot to eat?
I personally have had this happen to me more than once. The weird part about it is, I don't even remember being hungry. It's like your mind keeps you so busy that you don't even have time to feel hungry.
Wouldn't it be nice if you could have days like that all of the time?!?
However, the scenario that is much more common is the one where you find yourself sitting at home with nothing to do, and for some strange reason you keep eating and eating regardless of whether you're hungry or not.
The truth is eating out of boredom is actually very common - And being able to tell the difference between being bored or hungry is really the only way to avoid it.
How to know if you are hungry or bored:
Pay attention to the last time you ate: If you get the urge to eat 30 minutes after you last ate, you are simply bored, not hungry.
Drink some water: If you drink a glass of water every time you have the urge to eat, you may feel less hungry afterward helping you to eat less often.
Try the vegetable test: Pick up a vegetable instead of chips or a snack -- If the vegetable is not appealing enough to eat, you are probably just bored.
What should you do if you find that you are bored and not hungry?
Stay busy: Try to occupy your mind with a craft or something that will keep you entertained until your next meal.
Exercise: This should keep you busy for awhile and possibly get you in a more healthy frame of mind.
Eat Miracle Noodles: This way you can get nice and full between meals without having to worry about the calories.
Remember, eating when you are bored, even on occasion, is definitely not a healthy habit to practice. So try some of these tips to help keep yourself from ruining the body that you have been working so hard to get.
