Well folks it's that time of year again. The time of year when we get together with loved ones to stuff our faces with food and talk about how thankful we are for everything that we have.

And for most of us this lovely holiday will also help us pack on the pounds too!

And if I had to guess, people probably gain even more during the Christmas season as they do on Thanksgiving. This can be pure torture for people who are trying to stick the HCG Protocol.

Believe it or not, the holidays are a great time to begin the 500 Calorie Diet. Well maybe not the actual VLCD itself, but it sure is the perfect time to gorge.

Think about it ... During your HCG Diet Gorge Days your goal is to consume as many calories as possible. So why not use the holidays to your advantage. Most people make the New Years resolution to lose weight anyways, right? This way you will just be getting a bit of a head start.
