HCG Style Kabobs

You can use any of your favorite spices or seasonings with this HCG recipe.

With all of the July 4th festivities, I have really been in the mood for some good old fashioned Kabobs.
So today I wanted to share one of my favorite summertime Phase 2 HCG Recipes with you...
HCG Style Kabobs
- 100 Grams - Chicken, Beef or Shrimp (Cut into big chunks, unless you're using shrimp)
- Small Handful - Cherry Tomatoes
- 1/2 Onion (Cut into big chunks)
- 1 Pinch - Garlic Salt
- 1 Pinch - Black Pepper
- 1/2 Lemon
Directions:
- Using wooden skewers, slide on one chunk of Chicken, Beef or Shrimp.
- Slide on 1 whole cherry tomato.
- Slide on a chunk of onion
- Repeat this process until you use all of your Chicken, Beef or Shrimp.
- Season with Garlic Salt and Black Pepper.
- Grill on medium flame until meat or shrimp is fully cooked.
- Squeeze fresh Lemon Juice on Kabobs while grilling.
