Today, a fellow blogger, who also writes about the HCG Weight Loss Diet, sent me an email to tell me about a new HCG Recipe e-book that they had come across.

 My friend told me that this e-book was loaded with recipes and other information about the HCG Diet.

 Well, needless to say that peeked my interest just a bit - So I decided to go ahead check it out.

 While visiting the website, these are some of the things that I learned...

 The HCG Recipe e-book is called - The HCG Diet Recipe Handbook. And in this recipe/handbook you get a number of different things.

 The HCG Diet Recipe Handbook gives you over 130 HCG Recipes, as well as some other added bonuses.
  • Bonus #1 - An HCG Diet Phase 3 Report, which they say will "Aid you in maintaining and stabilizing your weight" during the Maintenance Phase of the HCG Diet.
     
  • Bonus #2 - A Complete HCG Phase 2 Grocery Shopping List.
     
  • Bonus #3 - An ebook copy of the original "Pounds and Inches" book created by Dr. A.T.W. Simmeons himself. This book contains the original HCG Protocol.

    Now I know that most of you probably already have your own copy of the HCG Diet Protocol, but over the years people have added and changed so many different things to the book, you never know what someone may have thrown in there.

 Of coarse after I found out about The HCG Diet Recipe Handbook, I just had to share it with all of you. So if nothing else, go check out the website and see what you think.
