Today, Suzy, the boys and myself are heading out of town for a couple of days on a mini vacation - It's an annual trip that we just started doing about 2 years ago.
In fact, if you have been one of our long time readers, you might even remember me talking about it this time last year - Well, needless to say, it's now one of the things that our family looks forward to all year long.
But as we were making a shopping list of things to get from the store, I thought that it would be a good idea to give all of you a shopping list of things you'll need to stock up on, when you start the HCG 500 Calorie Diet.
So before you get started on your HCG Diet Journey, you might want to hit the local grocery store and pick up some, or even all of the items below...
HCG 500 Calorie Diet Shopping List
For your protein...
For Your Fruit...
For Your Vegetables...
Of coarse you don't want to forget your Grissini Breadsticks/Melba Toast. And you may want to consider ordering some Miracle Noodles as well.
Now keep in mind this grocery list consists of the foods that are recommended in Dr. Simeons Original HCG Diet Protocol. If you are using a different HCG Protocol, the foods may differ a bit - But this is the protocol that I suggest using, especially for your very first round.
So if this is the 500 Calorie Diet Protocol that you are using, be sure to follow the recommended serving size for each food item on the list.
