Is It Good or Bad To Do Yoga While On The HCG Weight Loss Diet?

Well the other day I just happened to open my inbox and find such a question. This is what it said...
Although I had written about this topic in the past, when I received an email from one of my readers asking about this very thing, I couldn't resist talking about it again.
There is a big misconception that people have about exercising while on the HCG 500 Calorie Diet.
Some say that it's just an all around bad idea to do any sort of exercise or strenuous activity during the coarse of a round. But is this true?
No, it is not true!
The only way that exercising could effect you in a negative way on this diet, is if you didn't have hardly any energy to begin with.
So if you are feeling totally drained during the day, you might want to refrain from doing any type of work-out or exercise on the HCG Diet.
Otherwise, I think adding some yoga or a short walk to your diet is actually a good thing. In fact, doing some sort of exercise can even help to speed up your rate of weight loss.
However, there are many different styles of Yoga, so it shouldn't too difficult to find the right one for you.
Studies have shown that practicing Yoga on a regular basis can help to promote weight loss on its own. And although it may not burn as many calories as an exercise bike or treadmill, it can still be an effective method for dropping those extra pounds; especially when it's coupled with the HCG Weight Loss Diet.
So don't be afraid to get out there and find your favorite style of Yoga that works the best for you.

Brian, I am an avid bike rider and I like to practice Yoga as well - However, I have recently started the HCG Injections and I have been told that I am not supposed to exercise or do Yoga in the mornings as I often do. Is it really bad for me to do these things while on the 500 Calorie Diet Plan?
