Lets Create An HCG Recipe Using Chicken!
Today I was thinking about the things that are important to people while on the HCG 500 Calorie Diet. And one of the things that kept coming to mind is HCG Recipes; especially during the second phase of the diet.
So today I'm going to give you guys and gals one of the more simple phase 2 Recipes to create...
HCG Lemon Chicken Soup
100 grams - Chicken Breast (Cooked and shredded)
1 serving - chopped spinach
2 1/2 cups - Broth
Juice of 1 lemon
1 teaspoon - thyme
1 Pinch - Sea Salt
1 Pinch - Black Pepper
Directions:
1. Preheat saucepan on medium heat.
2. Combine all ingredients together in saucepan.
3. Bring to a boil - Then simmer for about 20 to 25 minutes.
4. Remove from heat, let stand for 5 minutes, then serve.
Tip: You can use the broth from cooking your chicken.
