More About The HCG 800 Calorie Diet

Have You Heard Anything About The HCG 800 Calorie Diet Yet?

The other day I talked a little bit about a fairly new version of the HCG Diet. This revised version allows you to eat 800 calories per day instead of just 500 like the traditional VLCD.

Well today I want to show you another video that I found which talks more about how the HCG 800 Calorie Diet works. Keep in mind that it comes in 2 parts, so I will be showing the 1st part today and the 2nd tomorrow.

The HCG 800 Calorie Diet

For the most part, the 800 Calorie Diet is just the same as the original - But, in this version you are allowed to eat breakfast and have more protein.

It is said that you are still able to lose about a pound or more per day with the New 800 Calorie HCG Diet Protocol. If this is true, I think this revision will do wonders for HCG Diet users.

Do you think the 800 Calorie version of the diet will allow you to lose the same as the 500 Calorie Protocol?

As always I would love to hear what you think - So please be sure to tell me your thoughts in a comment below.
