How About A New HCG Recipe - Phase 2!

HCG Recipe: HCG Vegetable Beef Soup
I don't know about you, but I'm one of those people that enjoy a good bowl of soup regardless of how hot or cold it is outside.

So even though the weather is starting to get warmer, I thought that it would still be okay to share an HCG Diet Soup Recipe with all of you.

HCG Vegetable Beef Soup

Here's what you'll need...

  • 100 Grams - Beef (uncooked)
  • 1 Serving of Celery or Tomato (diced)
  • 2 Cups - Broth
  • 1 teaspoon - Onion Powder
  • 1 Clove - Garlic (crushed)
  • 1/8 teaspoon - Basil
  • 1/8 teaspoon - Oregano
  • 1 Dash - Thyme
  • 1 Pinch - Sea Salt
  • 1 Pinch - Black Pepper

Directions:

  1. Combine spices with broth.
  2. Add vegetable and beef.
  3. Simmer 25 to 30 minutes or until beef is cooked all the way through and vegetable is at desired consistency.

Note: If you are using tomato for your veggie, add it in during the last 5 to 10 minutes of cooking for best results.

Serving suggestion - Personally, I like to crumble up my Melba Toast/Grissini Breadstick and add it to the soup right before eating.

One more thing, don't forget to enjoy!

Now I love cheese probably more than the average person, so I can definitely understand why people are hoping and praying that it's listed on the HCG Diet Menu. And this brings us to the question we are here to answer... Can You Have Cheese On The HCG 500 Calorie Diet? I think deep down inside most of you already knew that the answer ...

If you were to Google the term " HCG Diet Dangers ", you would get a bunch of sites trying to sell you something related to the HCG Diet. A lot of the websites that you will run into trying to find the answer to this question, are nothing more than marketers using fear tactics to get you to buy their product. So try not to get pulled in by this sort of thing. The truth is there are some HCG Diet Dangers, but they're probably not as bad as you think. In fact, some of them are human errors that make this method of weight loss the most dangerous. I'm talking about things like getting an infection from not cleaning your syringe. While getting an infection from a syringe is a danger that is associated with the HCG Diet, it is a mistake that a human makes that causes it. Therefore, the danger can be eliminated if you can only remember to use alcohol pads...

How The Hypothalamus Works

What the Hypothalamus Gland does and why it's so important to fix it... The Hypothalamus Gland is located directly below the Thalamus which is at the center of the brain. It controls many automatic functions of the human body. So this means that it can tell the autonomic nervous system what to do. The Hypothalamus also controls pituitary output by distributing certain chemicals to the pituitary's frontal lobe. To put it more simply, the Hypothalamus Gland organizes and controls many complex emotions, feelings and moods. It also controls all motivational states including hunger, appetite and food intake, and everything to do with the concept of pleasure including satisfaction, comfort and creative activities. The neurons in the Hypothalamus produce a number of Hypothalamic Neurotransmitters which relay information and instruction to all parts of the brain and body, directly influencing the Pituitary Gland. This is where the Growth Hormone, Thyroid Hormone Releasi...
