Did you know that there is an 800 calorie version of the HCG Diet?
Today as I was looking around on Facebook, I came across a video that talked about the HCG Low Calorie Diet being revised from 500 to 800 calories.
With this new version you are allowed to have breakfast and eat more protein. Supposedly, you are still able to lose weight almost just the same as with the original.
But do you think it can really work just as good as Dr. Simeons original 500 calorie version?
