Is The HCG Diet Just Another Weight Loss Fad?

Is The HCG Weight Loss Diet Just A Fad, Or Is It Here To Stay?

Pills For Weight Loss
There are a lot of people out there that look at the HCG Diet as nothing more than a weight loss fad that's on its way out. And with all of the other little diet gimmicks out there who can really blame them.

Just the other day someone told me that they thought the HCG Diet wouldn't be around much longer.

Growing up I watched my mom try to lose weight using anything from Fen Phen to Slim Fast and just about everything in between. But with these types of diets it took months to lose any real weight. Plus, you would usually gain it back faster than it came off.

Still, these diets were very popular for a certain period of time. You can even find people using some of them to this day.

So Is The HCG Diet Just Another Weight Loss Fad?

If you were to ask me, I would have to say no. After all, the diet was created back in the 1960's and it's still around. In fact, it's more popular now than it's ever been.

One of the things that helps to make it so popular, is the many different ways that you can use the diet. Not only can you use the HCG Injections, but there's also the Sublingual Drops and even HCG Pills/Pellets.

Plus, there's no other diet out there that can help you lose about a pound per day. Actually, I don't know of any diet that you could lose anywhere close to that.

So that's why in my opinion the HCG Diet is here to stay!

Cheese On The HCG Diet - Is It Allowed?

Is cheese one of the items on the HCG 500 Calorie Diet Menu? Anyone who has read the HCG Diet Protocol knows that there are a lot of different rules to follow. On top of it all, you have to remember which foods you can and cannot eat. However, what people usually remember more than anything is that list of foods you can have is much smaller than the foods that you can't. Still, it can be quite a task to memorize that list in such a short period of time. I guess this is why people always ask my wife and I which foods are allowed during Phase 2 of the HCG Weight Loss Diet - One of the more common foods we are asked about is cheese. Now I love cheese probably more than the average person, so I can definitely understand why people are hoping and praying that it's listed on the HCG Diet Menu. And this brings us to the question we are here to answer... Can You Have Cheese On The HCG 500 Calorie Diet? I think deep down inside most of you already knew that the answer ...

If you were to Google the term " HCG Diet Dangers ", you would get a bunch of sites trying to sell you something related to the HCG Diet. A lot of the websites that you will run into trying to find the answer to this question, are nothing more than marketers using fear tactics to get you to buy their product. So try not to get pulled in by this sort of thing. The truth is there are some HCG Diet Dangers, but they're probably not as bad as you think. In fact, some of them are human errors that make this method of weight loss the most dangerous. I'm talking about things like getting an infection from not cleaning your syringe. While getting an infection from a syringe is a danger that is associated with the HCG Diet, it is a mistake that a human makes that causes it. Therefore, the danger can be eliminated if you can only remember to use alcohol pads...

How The Hypothalamus Works

What the Hypothalamus Gland does and why it's so important to fix it... The Hypothalamus Gland is located directly below the Thalamus which is at the center of the brain. It controls many automatic functions of the human body. So this means that it can tell the autonomic nervous system what to do. The Hypothalamus also controls pituitary output by distributing certain chemicals to the pituitary's frontal lobe. To put it more simply, the Hypothalamus Gland organizes and controls many complex emotions, feelings and moods. It also controls all motivational states including hunger, appetite and food intake, and everything to do with the concept of pleasure including satisfaction, comfort and creative activities. The neurons in the Hypothalamus produce a number of Hypothalamic Neurotransmitters which relay information and instruction to all parts of the brain and body, directly influencing the Pituitary Gland. This is where the Growth Hormone, Thyroid Hormone Releasi...
