For those of you that are familiar with Phase 3 of the HCG Diet Protocol, you probably already know what a Steak Day is.
But for those of you who don't know much about the Maintenance Phase, a Steak Day is used when you go two pounds over your Phase 2 ending weight.
It consists of not eating breakfast or lunch, drinking lots of water, then having a huge steak for dinner. The only other thing that you are allowed to have with your steak is an apple or raw tomato.
So what is a Mini Steak Day?
A Mini Steak Day is something that people use during Phase 2 of the HCG Diet. On that day you are allowed to have water, coffee, or tea, but no breakfast or lunch. Then for dinner, you would eat a small 100 gram Steak and an apple.
The next day you would simply go back to the 500 Calorie Diet as usual.
When would you do a Mini Steak Day?
With a Mini Steak Day, you don't need to wait until you gain a couple of pounds to do one. Actually, it's mostly commonly used by people as a Plateau Breaker.
They seem to work really well too. A lot of people have said that within 24 hours of doing a Mini Steak Day they started losing weight again.
