Are You Skipping Your HCG Drops One Day Per Week?

Should You Be Taking Your Liquid HCG Drops Only 6 Days Per Week?

Back in the 1970's when the HCG Diet was first created, there weren't many people jumping on board to do it. These days however, there are millions of people using the diet worldwide.

This is likely due to the fact that the methods for using the diet have changed.

Originally the diet was created around hCG injections; which still happens to be a very effective way to lose weight with the HCG Diet.

In Dr. Simeons HCG Protocol, it says that when you do a round with 40 injections you should skip 1 shot per week to avoid building up an immunity to the HCG Hormone.

But should you skip one day a week if you're using the Liquid HCG Drops?

While there are some people that do, the good news is that you don't have to.

It doesn't matter if you are doing a short 23 day round or a 40 day round, you don't need to worry about skipping your HCG Drops at all throughout the week.

Have you been told to skip your HCG Drops once a week? - Tell me about it in a comment below.

Still, it can be quite a task to memorize that list in such a short period of time. Now I love cheese probably more than the average person, so I can definitely understand why people are hoping and praying that it's listed on the HCG Diet Menu. And this brings us to the question we are here to answer... Can You Have Cheese On The HCG 500 Calorie Diet? I think deep down inside most of you already knew that the answer ...

If you were to Google the term " HCG Diet Dangers ", you would get a bunch of sites trying to sell you something related to the HCG Diet. A lot of the websites that you will run into trying to find the answer to this question, are nothing more than marketers using fear tactics to get you to buy their product. So try not to get pulled in by this sort of thing. The truth is there are some HCG Diet Dangers, but they're probably not as bad as you think. In fact, some of them are human errors that make this method of weight loss the most dangerous. I'm talking about things like getting an infection from not cleaning your syringe. While getting an infection from a syringe is a danger that is associated with the HCG Diet, it is a mistake that a human makes that causes it. Therefore, the danger can be eliminated if you can only remember to use alcohol pads...

How The Hypothalamus Works

What the Hypothalamus Gland does and why it's so important to fix it... The Hypothalamus Gland is located directly below the Thalamus which is at the center of the brain. It controls many automatic functions of the human body. So this means that it can tell the autonomic nervous system what to do. The Hypothalamus also controls pituitary output by distributing certain chemicals to the pituitary's frontal lobe. To put it more simply, the Hypothalamus Gland organizes and controls many complex emotions, feelings and moods. It also controls all motivational states including hunger, appetite and food intake, and everything to do with the concept of pleasure including satisfaction, comfort and creative activities. The neurons in the Hypothalamus produce a number of Hypothalamic Neurotransmitters which relay information and instruction to all parts of the brain and body, directly influencing the Pituitary Gland. This is where the Growth Hormone, Thyroid Hormone Releasi...
