HCG Diet Dangers

HCG Diet Dangers - Are there any? And if so, what are they?

So what are the dangers associate with the HCG Diet? If you were to Google the term "HCG Diet Dangers", you would get a bunch of sites trying to sell you something related to the HCG Diet.

A lot of the websites that you will run into trying to find the answer to this question, are nothing more than marketers using fear tactics to get you to buy their product. So try not to get pulled in by this sort of thing.

The truth is there are some HCG Diet Dangers, but they're probably not as bad as you think. In fact, some of them are human errors that make this method of weight loss the most dangerous. I'm talking about things like getting an infection from not cleaning your syringe.

While getting an infection from a syringe is a danger that is associated with the HCG Diet, it is a mistake that a human makes that causes it. Therefore, the danger can be eliminated if you can only remember to use alcohol pads on your needles before you use them. Or, you can use the Oral HCG Liquid Drops. These have become quite popular this past year, and you don't have to worry about cleaning them.

However, there are other HCG Diet Dangers that are not human related. Below I've listed some of the side effects that you might run into while using the HCG Weight Loss Diet.

HCG Diet Dangers

  • Injection Site Inflammation
  • Injection Site Pain
  • Constipation
  • Headaches
  • Trouble Sleeping
  • Leg Cramps
  • Muscle Weakness
  • Dry Skin
  • Hair Loss
  • Vivid Dreams
  • Ovarian Hyper-Stimulation Syndrome
  • Breast Tenderness
  • Breast Swelling
  • Feeling Restless
  • Feeling Irritable
  • Itchiness

While only a small percentage of people experience these side effects, some do. But there is one thing on the list that HCG Diet users commonly run into, and that is constipation. However, this can hardly be described as a danger. Never the less it is irritating.

The other things listed above happen much less frequently to people. And as you can see the majority of them are mild side effects. So even though these things do occasionally happen, they are usually not enough to deter people from using the HCG Diet.
