Now it's important that you eat an adequate amount of protein and enough food. So after Phase 2, it's a good idea to double your intake of protein and triple the amount of calories for an entire day.
For example: Instead of a 3.5 oz. (100g) serving of protein with one meal - You would have more like 7 oz. (200g). You should still eat 1 fruit and about 2 cups vegetables with each meal as well. Eating a meal this size twice a day, mixed with a big breakfast, should have you somewhere around 1,500 calories per day.
Another great thing to remember is... Rather than eating and eating until you are completely stuffed - Just eat until you are satisfied and full. Also, it's hardly ever necessary to go back for seconds.
And although you want to be mindful of what you eat, don't drive yourself crazy by counting calories - Eating smaller and healthier meals should be enough. At the same time you want to be aware of the ingredients and chemicals that are being put into your food.
