Itchiness - Another Irritating Side Effect Of HCG

If you have been feeling itchy while on the HCG Diet, you're not alone...

Recently I learned of a not so common side effect of the HCG Hormone... Itchiness.

In the HCG Diet 411 Forum today, one of our members posted a thread about how they constantly feel itchy since they started the HCG Diet. I'll be honest with you, this is something that I haven't heard too much about, so I did a little bit of research.

It seems that it is more common for a person to feel kind of itchy at the injection site. Then there are some who feel extremely itchy all over their body. Others say that they mainly feel itchy on the palms of their hands and on the bottom of their feet.

But this isn't exclusive to people using injections. In fact, half the people who have this happen aren't even doing the HCG Shots. This can occur in people who are using the Sublingual drops as well.

So why do people feel itchy after taking the HCG Hormone?

Well, there could be a couple of different reasons...

1. Food Allergy - You might feel itchy if you are having an allergy to one of the new foods you are eating. This will happen if you eat something that you didn't know you were allergic to.

If this is the case, you will want to be mindful of that particular food. So be sure to keep a detailed food journal. This way you will know what you have eaten the next time this happens.

2. HCG Allergy - If you are feeling itchy after taking the HCG Hormone, it could be that you are having a small reaction to the HCG. However, for most people it isn't enough to cause concern.

But if you are one of these people who experience unbearable itchiness you may want to talk with your doctor.

One thing that might help is using plenty of Aveeno moisturizer - Also, try not to take hot hot baths or showers. Some people say that taking a slightly warm bath seems to help.

A large majority of the comments that I read, say that the itchiness subsided after the first couple of weeks after starting the diet. There were also a lot of people who say that they feel itchy only around the time they go to bed. But for others, it is all throughout the day.

I think it's also worth mentioning that itchiness is a common side effect found in pregnant women. This makes sense, because the HCG Hormone is largely produced by women during pregnancy.

So even though this is an annoying side effect, most people say that it's not enough to make them stop using the HCG Weight Loss Diet. You be the judge. Good luck my friends.

Is cheese one of the items on the HCG 500 Calorie Diet Menu? Anyone who has read the HCG Diet Protocol knows that there are a lot of different rules to follow. On top of it all, you have to remember which foods you can and cannot eat. However, what people usually remember more than anything is that list of foods you can have is much smaller than the foods that you can't. Still, it can be quite a task to memorize that list in such a short period of time. I guess this is why people always ask my wife and I which foods are allowed during Phase 2 of the HCG Weight Loss Diet - One of the more common foods we are asked about is cheese. Now I love cheese probably more than the average person, so I can definitely understand why people are hoping and praying that it's listed on the HCG Diet Menu. And this brings us to the question we are here to answer... Can You Have Cheese On The HCG 500 Calorie Diet? I think deep down inside most of you already knew that the answer ...

If you were to Google the term " HCG Diet Dangers ", you would get a bunch of sites trying to sell you something related to the HCG Diet. So try not to get pulled in by this sort of thing. The truth is there are some HCG Diet Dangers, but they're probably not as bad as you think. In fact, some of them are human errors that make this method of weight loss the most dangerous. I'm talking about things like getting an infection from not cleaning your syringe. Therefore, the danger can be eliminated if you can only remember to use alcohol pads...

How The Hypothalamus Works

What the Hypothalamus Gland does and why it's so important to fix it... The Hypothalamus Gland is located directly below the Thalamus which is at the center of the brain. It controls many automatic functions of the human body. So this means that it can tell the autonomic nervous system what to do. The Hypothalamus also controls pituitary output by distributing certain chemicals to the pituitary's frontal lobe. To put it more simply, the Hypothalamus Gland organizes and controls many complex emotions, feelings and moods. It also controls all motivational states including hunger, appetite and food intake, and everything to do with the concept of pleasure including satisfaction, comfort and creative activities. The neurons in the Hypothalamus produce a number of Hypothalamic Neurotransmitters which relay information and instruction to all parts of the brain and body, directly influencing the Pituitary Gland. This is where the Growth Hormone, Thyroid Hormone Releasi...
