Would you like a new way to dress up your plain old salad on the HCG Diet?
Today I came across a delicious Phase 2 Recipe for salad dressing - But not just any salad dressing, this is a recipe for HCG Cucumber Salad Dressing; and it's very simple to make too - So here it is...
HCG Cucumber Salad Dressing
Here's what you'll need...
1 Whole - Cucumber (Peeled)
1/2 teaspoon - Dry Mustard
1/2 teaspoon - Cummin
3 Tablespoons - Apple Cider Vinegar
A little Cilantro to taste
The Juice From - 1 Whole lemon
1 pinch - Stevia
1 pinch - Salt
1 pinch - Pepper
Directions:
1. - Throw all of these ingredients into a blender and puree until everything is nice and mixed.
2. - Then, pour it into a bowl and refrigerate for about 1 - 2 hours.
3. - Now you can enjoy it on your salad or even just to dip your veggies in.
