1000 Calorie Diet Without HCG

How could anyone eat just 1000 calories a day without using HCG?

Today I was doing some research for the HCG Diet 411 Blog, as I often do, when I came across an article about a 1000 Calorie Diet Program. There were a lot of some similarities to the HCG Diet, but without the HCG.

In this article it said...

"Cutting back to 1000 calories is pretty drastic and should only be used if you just want to lose a few pounds quickly, or feel the need to kick start a longer term weight loss plan"

It also says that,

"It's not a good idea to stick to such dramatic calorie restriction for more than a week. Not just because you'll be short of essential nutrients, but on a diet of just 1000 calories a day - your body will be convinced that it's in the middle of a famine if you keep it up for long"

Obviously these people understand that it's not a good idea to use this type of diet.

It's basically the same thing that the HCG Diet critics say - They argue that anyone can lose weight, even without HCG, if they are using a very low calorie diet - And that is true. But like I have said time and time again, without the HCG you might lose some weight, but you will be losing the wrong kind of fat and even lean muscle. Which means - you are likely to gain it all back once the diet ends and you start eating regular foods again.

Using HCG, along with a VLCD, your body can burn the right kind of fat and even help to fix your bodies metabolism. Not to mention that it keeps you from feeling like you are starving.

This is what confuses me - why would anyone willingly do this to themselves for any period of time, when they could just use the HCG Weight Loss Diet and lose 3 times the weight.

What do you think about using a 1000 calorie diet?

Cheese On The HCG Diet - Is It Allowed?

Is cheese one of the items on the HCG 500 Calorie Diet Menu? Anyone who has read the HCG Diet Protocol knows that there are a lot of different rules to follow. On top of it all, you have to remember which foods you can and cannot eat. However, what people usually remember more than anything is that list of foods you can have is much smaller than the foods that you can't. Still, it can be quite a task to memorize that list in such a short period of time. I guess this is why people always ask my wife and I which foods are allowed during Phase 2 of the HCG Weight Loss Diet - One of the more common foods we are asked about is cheese. Now I love cheese probably more than the average person, so I can definitely understand why people are hoping and praying that it's listed on the HCG Diet Menu. And this brings us to the question we are here to answer... Can You Have Cheese On The HCG 500 Calorie Diet? I think deep down inside most of you already knew that the answer ...

HCG Diet Dangers - Are there any? And if so, what are they? So what are the dangers associate with the HCG Diet? If you were to Google the term " HCG Diet Dangers ", you would get a bunch of sites trying to sell you something related to the HCG Diet. A lot of the websites that you will run into trying to find the answer to this question, are nothing more than marketers using fear tactics to get you to buy their product. So try not to get pulled in by this sort of thing. The truth is there are some HCG Diet Dangers, but they're probably not as bad as you think. In fact, some of them are human errors that make this method of weight loss the most dangerous. I'm talking about things like getting an infection from not cleaning your syringe. While getting an infection from a syringe is a danger that is associated with the HCG Diet, it is a mistake that a human makes that causes it. Therefore, the danger can be eliminated if you can only remember to use alcohol pads...

How The Hypothalamus Works

What the Hypothalamus Gland does and why it's so important to fix it... The Hypothalamus Gland is located directly below the Thalamus which is at the center of the brain. It controls many automatic functions of the human body. So this means that it can tell the autonomic nervous system what to do. The Hypothalamus also controls pituitary output by distributing certain chemicals to the pituitary's frontal lobe. To put it more simply, the Hypothalamus Gland organizes and controls many complex emotions, feelings and moods. It also controls all motivational states including hunger, appetite and food intake, and everything to do with the concept of pleasure including satisfaction, comfort and creative activities. The neurons in the Hypothalamus produce a number of Hypothalamic Neurotransmitters which relay information and instruction to all parts of the brain and body, directly influencing the Pituitary Gland. This is where the Growth Hormone, Thyroid Hormone Releasi...
