Lately a lot of people have been asking me to post more recipes for Phase 3 of the HCG Diet, so I'm listening. Here is a Phase 3 recipe for...
HCG Mexican Quiche
Here's what you'll need...
- 1 pound - Lean Ground Beef
- 1 package - Taco Seasoning
- Water
- 12 - Eggs
- 1 cup - Heavy Cream
- 2 1/2 cups - Shredded Colby Jack Cheese
Directions:
- Brown the Lean Ground Beef and drain fat.
- Add taco seasoning and just enough water so the seasoning is mixed - but there should be NO juice left in the pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and cream - then stir in the cheese.
- In a large baking pan (13x9 inches) sprayed with Pam - pour in the beef and spread it evenly.
- Slowly pour the egg mixture over the beef - Make sure beef is still even.
Cooking Instructions:
- Bake at 400 degrees for about 30 to 40 minutes on the middle rack.
- It should get a little bit brown on the top.
- Then just cut into pieces and serve.
