HCG Mexican Quiche

Here's what you'll need...
  • 1 pound - Lean Ground Beef
  • 1 package - Taco Seasoning
  • Water
  • 12 - Eggs
  • 1 cup - Heavy Cream
  • 2 1/2 cups - Shredded Colby Jack Cheese

Directions:
  1. Brown the Lean Ground Beef and drain fat.
  2. Add taco seasoning and just enough water so the seasoning is mixed - but there should be NO juice left in the pan.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and cream - then stir in the cheese.
  4. In a large baking pan (13x9 inches) sprayed with Pam - pour in the beef and spread it evenly.
  5. Slowly pour the egg mixture over the beef - Make sure beef is still even.
Cooking Instructions: 
  • Bake at 400 degrees for about 30 to 40 minutes on the middle rack.
  • It should get a little bit brown on the top.
  • Then just cut into pieces and serve.
     
Note: You can top it with salsa and sour cream.

Is cheese one of the items on the HCG 500 Calorie Diet Menu? Anyone who has read the HCG Diet Protocol knows that there are a lot of different rules to follow. On top of it all, you have to remember which foods you can and cannot eat.
