Yesterday, I gave you an excellent recipe for HCG Tarragon Chicken. So I thought while I was on the topic of chicken, I might as well give you another.
So here is a Phase 2 recipe for -
HCG Tomato Basil Chicken
Here is what you'll need...
- 100 grams - Cubed Chicken
- 1 cup - Chopped Tomatoes
- 1/4 cup - Water
- 2 tablespoons - Lemon Juice
- 2 tablespoons - Chopped Onion
- 1 Clove - Sliced Garlic
- 3 Leaves Basil - Rolled and Sliced
- 1/8 teaspoon - Oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon - Garlic Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon - Onion Powder
Directions:
- In a small saucepan - lightly brown the Chicken with Lemon Juice.
- Add the Sliced Garlic, Chopped Onion, Spices and Water.
- After Chicken is cooked - add Tomatoes and Basil, then continue to cook for 7 or 8 minutes.
- Salt and Pepper to taste.
That's pretty much it. If you'd like you can use fresh basil to garnish.
