HCG Tarragon Chicken

Today I have another great recipe for Phase 2 of the HCG Diet.

I found that on the 500 calorie part of the diet, my wife and I would eat chicken more than any other source of protein. So it was always nice to have a good recipe to change it up a little bit. But this one here is one of my all-time favorites.

HCG Tarragon Chicken

Here's what you'll need...

  • 100 grams - Chicken Breast
  • 1/4 cup - Chicken Broth
  • 4 Thinly Sliced - Onions
  • Tarragon - Chopped
  • Tarragon Vinegar
  • Salt and Pepper

Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 350 Degrees.
  2. Lightly salt and pepper both sides of chicken.
  3. Pace the slices of onion inside the bottom of a square pan.
  4. Lay the chicken on top of the onions.
  5. Gently pour Tarragon Vinegar over chicken.
  6. Pour broth in pan - but not on the chicken itself.
  7. Sprinkle the Tarragon Leaves over the top of the chicken.
  8. Let it marinade for about 30 minutes.
  9. Cook in the oven for 20 to 30 minutes or until done.
  10. Enjoy!

I think this and HCG Spinach Stuffed Chicken are my 2 favorite chicken recipes for the HCG Diet.

Cheese On The HCG Diet - Is It Allowed?

Is cheese one of the items on the HCG 500 Calorie Diet Menu? Anyone who has read the HCG Diet Protocol knows that there are a lot of different rules to follow. On top of it all, you have to remember which foods you can and cannot eat. However, what people usually remember more than anything is that list of foods you can have is much smaller than the foods that you can't. Still, it can be quite a task to memorize that list in such a short period of time. I guess this is why people always ask my wife and I which foods are allowed during Phase 2 of the HCG Weight Loss Diet - One of the more common foods we are asked about is cheese. Now I love cheese probably more than the average person, so I can definitely understand why people are hoping and praying that it's listed on the HCG Diet Menu. And this brings us to the question we are here to answer... Can You Have Cheese On The HCG 500 Calorie Diet? I think deep down inside most of you already knew that the answer ...

HCG Diet Dangers

HCG Diet Dangers - Are there any? And if so, what are they? So what are the dangers associate with the HCG Diet? If you were to Google the term " HCG Diet Dangers ", you would get a bunch of sites trying to sell you something related to the HCG Diet. A lot of the websites that you will run into trying to find the answer to this question, are nothing more than marketers using fear tactics to get you to buy their product. So try not to get pulled in by this sort of thing. The truth is there are some HCG Diet Dangers, but they're probably not as bad as you think. In fact, some of them are human errors that make this method of weight loss the most dangerous. I'm talking about things like getting an infection from not cleaning your syringe. While getting an infection from a syringe is a danger that is associated with the HCG Diet, it is a mistake that a human makes that causes it. Therefore, the danger can be eliminated if you can only remember to use alcohol pads...

How The Hypothalamus Works

What the Hypothalamus Gland does and why it's so important to fix it... The Hypothalamus Gland is located directly below the Thalamus which is at the center of the brain. It controls many automatic functions of the human body. So this means that it can tell the autonomic nervous system what to do. The Hypothalamus also controls pituitary output by distributing certain chemicals to the pituitary's frontal lobe. To put it more simply, the Hypothalamus Gland organizes and controls many complex emotions, feelings and moods. It also controls all motivational states including hunger, appetite and food intake, and everything to do with the concept of pleasure including satisfaction, comfort and creative activities. The neurons in the Hypothalamus produce a number of Hypothalamic Neurotransmitters which relay information and instruction to all parts of the brain and body, directly influencing the Pituitary Gland. This is where the Growth Hormone, Thyroid Hormone Releasi...
