I thought since it's summer-time and the weather is good, I would give you a Phase 3 Recipe for the HCG Diet that you could cook on the grill.

HCG Diet Summer Kabobs
Here's what you'll need...
- 2 lbs of any Shish-Kabob Meat - cut into cubes
- 2 Tablespoons - Soy Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon - Oil
- 1 Teaspoon - Ground Coriander
- 1 Teaspoon - Ground Cumin
- 1 Teaspoon - Chopped Garlic
- A Bunch of Cherry Tomatoes
Directions:
- Mix the Soy Sauce, Oil, Ground Coriander, Ground Cumin and Chopped Garlic all together in a plastic ziplock baggie.
- Place the cubed Shish-Kabob Meat into the mixture.
- Let it soak for about 12 to 24 hours.
- Place meat and tomatoes on skewers - Every 2 peices of meat, put on a tomato.
- Now just throw it on the grill and cook until it's done. (I like mine Meduim-Well)
