The Best Time To Start The HCG Diet

After making the decision to do the HCG Diet, what do you think is the first thing that you should do?

When you have decided to do the HCG Diet, the first that you should do is... Pick the best day to start the diet.

But how are you supposed to know when the best time is?

I have heard a lot of people say that they will just start the diet sometime after they receive their HCG. This can be a big mistake - because like most things, the HCG Diet runs a lot smoother if you are prepared. Here are a few tips to help you pick the right time to start.

3 Tips For Choosing Your HCG Diet Start Date:


  1. Women, pick a date right after your menstrual cycle. The HCG Protocol says to stop the hormone injections if you are menstruating. So if you start the diet right after your cycle, you are less likely to have an interruption.
     
  2. Make sure that you are not going to be on vacation or going out of town. It's very hard to stick to the 500 Calorie Diet while on a vacation.
     
  3. Give yourself at least a month before starting to get yourself better prepared for the diet.



Remember, your start date for the HCG Diet isn't just a date, it could be the beginning of a new and healthier way of living - So make sure that you put a little-bit of thought into it and mark it on the calender.

HCG Diet Steak Day

Are you wondering how to do an HCG Diet Steak Day? In yesterdays post, " What To Do After The HCG Injections Stop " we talked about the goal of the Maintenance Phase - Which of coarse is to stay within 2 pounds of what you weighed on your last injection day, or on the last day of taking your HCG Drops or Pellets.
