I know that a lot of people have been searching endlessly online for Ketchup recipes that they can use during Phase 2 of the HCG Diet. That's why when I came across this one I immediately wanted to post it for all to see. So here it is, Ketchup approved for Phase 2 of the HCG Diet.

Sugar-Free Ketchup
Here's what you'll need...
- 3 ounces - Tomato Paste
- 3 Tablespoons - Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon - Lemon Juice
- 1/4 teaspoon - Celery Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon - Paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon - Mustard Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon - Onion Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon - Garlic Powder
- Tiny Pinch - Nutmeg
- Tiny Pinch - Clove
- Stevia to taste
Directions: Dissolve spices in the vinegar and lemon juice. Then add the Tomato Paste and mix thoroughly.
If needed: Add additional lemon juice, vinegar, or a little bit of water until it reaches your desired thickness.

I'm wondering how important the phase 3 part of the diet is. Is this the stage that sets your metabolism? How long do I have to stay on the 1500 calories, and when can I add some starches?
