Eating 500 Calories A Day - Isn't That Bad For You?

Isn't it bad for you - to only be eating just 500 calories a day?

Well, normally the answer would be - yes, it is bad for you. Because basically what happens is, when you are eating only 500 calories a day, your body goes into "starvation mode" which can have a very negative effect on your metabolism.

However, what people need to realize is, when you use the HCG hormone, the HCG causes your Hypothalamus to mobilize the fat out of the "fat storage" so that it’s available for your body to use.

What does this mean?

This means that your body is still using the same 3,000 calories that most people use during the course of a day. But only 500 calories of that is coming from the food that you're eating. So this means that 2,500 calories will have to come from that previously stored fat - which is how you are able to safely lose so much weight.

See normally you would be eating more calories, which is what gives your body fat to burn. But since you are not eating your usual amount of calories, your body is told to get it from somewhere else. That's where the HCG comes in, it tells your body to use the fat that has been stored up or "deposited into the fat bank".

This is why it is so important to do the Gorge days correctly. You want to make sure that you eat enough fatty foods so that your body can use it when it needs to.

Do you think the 500 calorie diet is bad for you?

Cheese On The HCG Diet - Is It Allowed?

Is cheese one of the items on the HCG 500 Calorie Diet Menu? Anyone who has read the HCG Diet Protocol knows that there are a lot of different rules to follow. On top of it all, you have to remember which foods you can and cannot eat. However, what people usually remember more than anything is that list of foods you can have is much smaller than the foods that you can't. Still, it can be quite a task to memorize that list in such a short period of time. I guess this is why people always ask my wife and I which foods are allowed during Phase 2 of the HCG Weight Loss Diet - One of the more common foods we are asked about is cheese. Now I love cheese probably more than the average person, so I can definitely understand why people are hoping and praying that it's listed on the HCG Diet Menu. And this brings us to the question we are here to answer... Can You Have Cheese On The HCG 500 Calorie Diet? I think deep down inside most of you already knew that the answer ...

If you were to Google the term " HCG Diet Dangers ", you would get a bunch of sites trying to sell you something related to the HCG Diet. A lot of the websites that you will run into trying to find the answer to this question, are nothing more than marketers using fear tactics to get you to buy their product. So try not to get pulled in by this sort of thing. The truth is there are some HCG Diet Dangers, but they're probably not as bad as you think. In fact, some of them are human errors that make this method of weight loss the most dangerous. I'm talking about things like getting an infection from not cleaning your syringe. While getting an infection from a syringe is a danger that is associated with the HCG Diet, it is a mistake that a human makes that causes it. Therefore, the danger can be eliminated if you can only remember to use alcohol pads...

How The Hypothalamus Works

What the Hypothalamus Gland does and why it's so important to fix it... The Hypothalamus Gland is located directly below the Thalamus which is at the center of the brain. It controls many automatic functions of the human body. So this means that it can tell the autonomic nervous system what to do. The Hypothalamus also controls pituitary output by distributing certain chemicals to the pituitary's frontal lobe. To put it more simply, the Hypothalamus Gland organizes and controls many complex emotions, feelings and moods. It also controls all motivational states including hunger, appetite and food intake, and everything to do with the concept of pleasure including satisfaction, comfort and creative activities. The neurons in the Hypothalamus produce a number of Hypothalamic Neurotransmitters which relay information and instruction to all parts of the brain and body, directly influencing the Pituitary Gland. This is where the Growth Hormone, Thyroid Hormone Releasi...
