Tuna Salad
Here's what you'll need...

- 1 Can Light Tuna (6 oz.)
- 2 Tablespoons - Cottage Cheese
- 2 Boiled Egg Whites (Chopped)
- 3 Tablespoons - Diced Dill Pickle
- 1 Tablespoon - Dill Pickle Juice
- 3 Tablespoons - Diced Tomato
Directions:
Lightly mix together with a fork the 6 oz. Can of Light Tuna, Cottage Cheese, Chopped Egg Whites, Diced Dill Pickle, and the Dill Pickle Juice.
Serving Suggestion:
Serve on a large leaf of Romain Lettuce, topped with the Diced Tomato.
This will make 2 servings. So if you'd like you can eat one serving when it's prepared and save the other for the following day. And don't forget to enjoy!
