Do you like shrimp? If you do you are going to love this Phase 2 recipe that I have found for you today...
HCG Garlic Lemon Shrimp
You will need...
- 2 Tbsp Broth
- 1 Minced Garlic Clove
- 1 Crumbled Melba Toast
- 3 Tbsp Chopped Parsley
- 100g Shrimp
- 1/2 Lemon
- 1 Pinch of Salt and Pepper
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- Mix together in medium bowl - Broth, Garlic, Melba Toast and Parsley.
- Lay shrimp down flat on a baking dish.
- Top with Melba Toast and Garlic mixture.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake uncovered for 10 minutes.
Serving Suggestions:
- Remove from oven and squeeze lemon juice over the top of the shrimp right before serving.
