HCG Diet Apple Chicken Salad
Here are the ingredients that you will need...
- 100 grams - Chicken cut into Cubes
- 3 - Celery Stalks Diced
- 1 whole apple
- 3 Tablespoons - Lemon Juice
- 1/8 Teaspoon - Cinnamon
- 1 pinch of - Nutmeg
- 1 pinch of - Sea Salt
Directions:
- Cook your chicken and cut it into cubes.
- Dice up your 3 celery stalks and your apple.
- Add the chicken, celery, and apple into a bowl.
- Now add in your lemon juice, cinnamon, nutmeg, and sea salt.
- Then mix everything together and enjoy.
If you would like, you can crush up your Melba Toast/Grissini Breadstick and mix that in also.
